Choose the structure before the finish

A corrugated shipper, a folding mailer and a presentation box solve different problems. Start with the product, how it travels and how it should be opened. The sample range helps a buyer describe that job before moving into board grades, print coverage and production quantities.

Corrugated shippers

A regular shipping carton is a practical starting point for products that travel through a distribution network. Internal dimensions matter because the product and protective material both need space. The right board construction depends on the load, handling and storage conditions; a picture of a box cannot establish those requirements.

Mailers and presentation boxes

A folding mailer makes the opening sequence part of the experience, while a rigid presentation box supports a more structured display. Inserts, closures and surface finishes need to be discussed alongside the outer dimensions. The sample illustrations show form rather than promising a tested packaging specification.

Build a useful enquiry

Use the custom-size tool to explore length, width and height in millimetres. Add the quantity and print requirements, then describe the product and intended journey in the message. If the packaging will touch food or another sensitive product, raise that requirement explicitly with the real supplier. No compliance claim is implied by these demonstration designs. Before production, a real manufacturer would confirm the drawing, material, sample approval process and dispatch arrangements. The website helps collect those questions in one place rather than pretending a generic carton is suitable for every application.
