The useful conversation starts inside the box. What are you packing, how much does it weigh, and what else needs to fit around it? Internal dimensions and the packing method give a manufacturer a better starting point than an outside measurement taken from an old carton.
Three-ply or five-ply?
Ply describes construction, not a universal load rating. The sample selector includes three-ply and five-ply options so you can see how a specification might be collected. A real supplier would review board grade, flute, stacking, moisture exposure and handling before recommending a material. This demo makes no tested strength claim.
Think about the full journey
A carton packed on a bench may be stacked, stored and handled several times before it is opened. Tell the supplier whether it goes through courier sorting, local delivery or a warehouse. Add information about inserts, dividers and whether the product can move inside. Those details influence the final design.
From dimensions to an approved sample
Use the custom-size quote page to record a starting size in millimetres and a sample order quantity. The changing drawing is a visual aid, not a production dieline or engineering approval. In real work, the manufacturer would provide a confirmed specification and discuss sampling before a run is scheduled. Print coverage and dispatch requirements would also be agreed. The enquiry form sends nothing on this demonstration site. There is no instant manufacturing quotation because a dependable price needs the actual material, construction and production scope.
